Clearpath Advisors, LLC acquires middle-market companies based in the Rocky Mountain and West Coast regions.  We prefer companies with stable Free Cash Flow over $1 million, but we will also look at turnaround and cyclical situations where the value of the business may be more difficult to discern.

We are value-oriented investors experienced with private and family businesses.  Our Principals are experienced operational executives who take a hands-on approach to developing our portfolio companies.
