Clearpath Advisors seeks to invest in companies serving well defined niches in the industrial, and business to business sectors.  We look for situations where a path to value creation can be achieved through:

• Accelerated growth
• Operational improvement
• Acquisition driven sector consolidation

Investment type:  Majority control with management participation

Size:  A minimum of $1 million in Free Cash Flow

Industries:  Low to medium tech manufacturing, all forms of distribution, and value added service businesses

Geography:  Rocky Mountain and West Coast regions
